CHRISTINE MUIR - Director
Ms. Muir has spent more than a decade working in academic libraries as a Reference Librarian, assisting users in a variety of research projects. As a technical writer for Progress Software, Ms. Muir designed a structure and process for the Documentation Department to share and store information across multiple geographic locations. Ms. Muir's career in knowledge management also includes work as a Quality Assurance specialist reviewing the content of online training materials for J3 Learning, GartnerLearning, and NETg. Ms. Muir also provided technical support to users of the first broadband modems at Continental Cablevision and assisted in the development and delivery of training for new support specialists. Ms. Muir earned her Masters degree in Library Science from Syracuse University as a student in the Independent Study Degree Programs, one of the first distance education programs in the university system. She is an active volunteer in several childrens' organizations, and serves in municipal office as a member of her town's Finance Committee. Christine Muir on
